This edtion has a cover that is similar to the 1919 edtion, and a handful of patterns are the same - but they are very different books in overall content! In this book you will find knitting and crochet patterns for the home and all members of the family. There are several Mens items, items for young adults, children and infants. There is also a very large selection of sweaters and accessories for women and lovely afghans for the home.

A great book for ideas, as are all of these larger manuals. They are huge resources of the styles and patterns from the era!  These large manuals are very special - the yarn companies only released one book of this size every year, and like the old shopping catalogs, they were filled with a wide variety of patterns. Of note in this edition are some lovely ladies hats and sweaters, several hondsome sweaters for men and adorable infants clothing. A lovely book!
