Details:
Carmela Testa & Company was a very small publisher within the Italian community of Boston, MA at the turn of the century. As far as I can tell, there were only 7 books in this series that were produced and they are extremely difficult to locate. The patterns alone are amazing glimpses into the ethic Italian community at the turn of the century. This book is loaded with techniques and pages of charted patterns. They are similar to the Priscilla books, which were also produced in Boston at this time.
